Appearing as a woman made of pure ocean water, she is a Neptune spirit who has vast powers over dreams, psychic energy, visions, and illusion. Her innate connection to mental energies of all kinds gives her a wide range of abilities, and she is constantly collecting new skills. This combination of energies and knowledge's also makes her a powerful healer. While she studies mental energies and their uses in depth, she is not one who picks up new magicks normally, and doesn't devote to the study of new magick the way a Mystic does. Instead she is more an inventor who learns new methods both by trial and error, and watching how others use mental energy constructs. She is vastly old, but appears young due to her nature.
