He is a Celestial who is dedicated as a veil guardian and investigator. Where most Celestials have an essence of light about them, his power is more like shadow or Dark Elemental energy, and he can mimic dark elemental energy workings. His focus is on finding where incursions in the veil have happened, sealing ones where disruption is happening, and ensuring safety where that point in the veil is being used in a positive way, or stopping evil individuals who do bridge that point. Where some beings use big flashy techniques, his methods seem understated to look at them, instead his power is the power of precision. With a point of a finger a strand, almost like a black light laser can emit from a finger tip and fell opponents much larger, or disrupt powerful spells or larger abilities. Because he targets weak points he can often stop a foe without causing long lasting harm to them, even at times after being able to help rehabilitate those who are simply confused, or acting out from pain or hurt. His precision and methods make him suited for a wide range of abilities, healing being a prime one often overlooked. The precision allows him to surgically remove negative energies in others without larger energetic disruptions.
 
With his power being so precision focus, and his mind being so honed and tuned, he sees problems in our realm as a puzzle to be solved, looking for the piece that can be moved that causes the biggest result, the best success, at the least loss, and least disruption. He has a penchant and a passion for helping others so mundane tasks for him are something he enjoys working on, often optimizing the work flow and abilities of those around him with his intellect. We don't list him as a booster because this isn't a direct amplification of power or abilities.
 
While his primary focus is a singular area of magick, he has a wide range of lesser spells within the general areas of magick he has learned. He's kind of a “spell collector” collecting smaller spells that give him a wide range of minor, but when used precisely high result, outcomes. He wears a pair of glasses that act as an amplifier for seeing precision details, and are an item created from one of the spells he knows.
 
Appears as a hansom man with short black hair, long black trench coat, and glasses. His demeanor is best described as “friendly, but focused”, every bit a gentleman, but also every bit awareness and taking in the world around him with all its nuances. This can often give him the appearance of being lost in thought, but the reality is he's contemplating in greater detail both the conversation going on, and all things happening around him. He often spends time in a kind of meditation where he sits in what appears to be a kind of resting state, taking in his awareness of not just the immediate environment, but the veil, and as far as his senses can take him. When not in his meditative state, on a task, or otherwise engaged his friendly nature means he will mingle with members of the keep often looking for ways to be helpful, but also enjoying things like friendly games and competition that may be held.
