Rekeleaf Shadowstep

A Male Elf from a tribe of elves that exist at the between point of the Veil. He focuses on throwing knives, daggers, and short swords as primary weapons which he empowers with veil energy. He also practices a kind of Veil Script Rune magick, in which he can write down effects on a piece of paper with a runic like script and empower a Veil Shift effect. A Veil Shift effects everything in the area, and can have any effect that shifts the nature of the world. So making the world more polar infused with fire elemental energy, makes fire less a destructive force. These spells seem to have far reaching consequences in their application, and tend to extend upward of 100 miles from the point of casting. He can't fully negate an elemental force, but he can change the balance of ALL THINGS WITHIN THE AREA, with his overall effective power still influencing beings in the thousands marker in power, though to a much lesser extent obviously. This means he can make an area easier for things like Gods and Goddesses to manifest in, or harder, this extends to all types of beings in his changing of polarization forces.
 
With long silver hair, a stubble like beard, and often a gentleness to his features, he is a man who has intense focus, but a deep compassionate heart. He enjoys the company of others, as well as music, and connecting with others, but due to his intense focus in the arts of Veil Working and his unique Veil Rune Magick he often can seem distant. That said, he readily accepts invitations to get away from his research, study, and cultivation, but won't himself seek out distraction directly. That said he is never opposed to “distraction” and sees a great value in fellowship, friendship, and family like bonds between himself, keeper, and the rest of the keep. He is just very dedicated to his arts, and without others making opportunities visible to him under an invitation he'll not even consider that he, himself, could be enjoying other things at that moment.
