Solven Leaftender

An Elven healer who has an intense focus on healing, protective, and cleansing arts. While many who take up the defensive arts focus on the arts of combat and violence, Solven has instead focused entirely on the arts of defense. He studies a kind of Elven Aikido both in his magick, and in his physical arts. With a powerful alignment to Nature, Solar, and Lunar energies he wields these powers to create redirecting, absorbing, and if need be “rebounding” shields that can stop the heaviest of attacks. What he can't stop, he heals, and tries to ground out, saving the rebound more as the “natural repercussion of striking something stronger than ones self.”
 
His entire tribe is one of pacifists, and he himself considers himself a pacifist, unwilling to strike or cause harm to others. He isn't judgmental of others who don't follow that line of action or reasoning, simply he refuses to cause harm to others. He'll aid allies, and has actually been in many wars, but has taken no lives, and caused very few injuries. Of note, he hasn't actually caused an injury, others have hurt themselves trying to overcome his barriers.
 
Having short black hair, strong Elven features, he often has a gentle and compassionate smile on his face. He's lived in many places, experienced many things, but always comes back to the need for complete focused compassion as a guiding light in all he does. His very essence is that of a healer, protector, and guide for those who have need. He's stood beside warriors to protect towns, villages, and even kingdoms. Yet he has also stood as a single turning tide against bombardments on a home. He has been a traveling healer at times, and other times spent years in meditation helping to refine himself and who he is.
