Valsh-jinary Olenflame

A Veil Elemental Guardian, explorer, researcher, with an non-gendered nature to them, they look like a shadow fire elemental almost, like a gray living flame and with an aura of gray light around them. Their very essence is that of the elemental forces of The Veil between realm itself, and they have spent their life exploring both the realm of the Veil, the thin point realm between realms, as well as the realm on our side where they can influence it, and the other realms to the other side where they can manifest more completely. As an explorer, guardian, and researcher their solemn vow is to learn, grow, and study the realms while protecting the weak in each realm they encounter. They defend those who can not fight, or who have taken vows of peace, and have a great respect for the peaceful and kind. Their innate powers are centered around magicks creating constructs of the same forces that make up their body, but also twisting points of dimensional space to defend themselves and others, or launch power long range dimensional warping attacks. Outside of protecting others, they have an incredibly helpful nature, seeing those in need as having an innate worth, and meaning they invest a lot of their time and research into both how to move powers of, and through, the veil to help others but also how to amplify those aiding others by thinning the veil subtly to be more effective. While they often rely on what we think of as ranged attacks in a fight, they have studied martial arts from thousands of other races, often helping those passing into death from life, or ascension from life, and in the process learning from them. This means they know many unique traditional martial arts.
 
Their personality is a strange one, they would seem aloof or unconcerned to hear their tone of voice, but one conversation with them shows the heart of a poet. This almost static expression of emotions but intense dedication to compassion often is confusing to those who are use to emotion being emoted in a visible way, but once you get to know them, you can see the level of severe kindness that makes up their very nature. They said a quote from them may be of help in understanding them “I would be a pacifist, if only that did not mean allowing evils to happen to those who are pacifists or can not fight for themselves.”

Offerings: They prefer incenses, but all offerings are welcome. Placing a candle in the path of the shadow of another light, or making sure it casts a shadow by placing something in its path is far more powerful than just a candle on its own for them.
