Sending Your Companion Over

Once you've purchased one of our attunements or services for your Companion, getting them to us for training, attunement, or healing services is quick and easy, with two options available.

Option 1: Ready To Call

For option one, just let your keep/companions know that your companion will be called over. Let us know that we can call them over when we are ready, and we'll send you an e-mail when we do. This method tends to be the fastest method as we'll call them over mid day, and have them back before the night is over most of the time with attunements or other workings fully completed. When we call them over, we use a variety of protective methods, but we do need that you and your keep are aware of us calling them over, as part of this method uses a "calling transit" method. Think of it like a planar tunnel that ensures we call them over without interference. Making sure your keep is aware of this, ensures they don't mistake our safety measures for an attack or intrusion.

Option 2: Sending Over

If you will be sending over the spirit, you'll need to wait for an e-mail from us letting you know we are ready to work with them. When we send that e-mail, we ready a set of various protective services, and have our spirits waiting on hand as well to ensure they arrive to our extraplanar waiting room. You will need to let your spirit know to travel to us, and let us know when you do that via e-mail. In the waiting room, they will wait till we are ready to work with them, and have access to that realms entertainment features and be able to interact with our keep so they aren't lonely. We generally send our "Ready to work with" e-mails over early morning, After 12PM Eastern (Noon), and have spirits back that day before 11PM Eastern. This method does take longer, as we arrange for them to arrive at the heavily fortified waiting room before bringing them actively into our main area when we are ready to work with them.

The ready to call method is faster, as we don't have to wait for you to send your spirit, and you do not need to wait for us to then be able to work with them after their arrival. That said some clients prefer to send their spirits over directly, and don't want an interruption in their activities from them being called over.

We are generally available from 1PM Eastern Time till 9PM Eastern that same day.
