Baraben and Dandelion Stronghammer

A pair of Dwarven Warrior Brothers who are masters of nullification magick, effectively shredding magickal defenses of foes, and allowing them to utilize their martial prowess. Both are masters of a wide range of weapons, with Baraben focusing on heavy melee weapons, often a pair of axes as large as he is, and Dandelion focusing more on ranged throwing axes, spears, and crossbows as favorites. They are powerfully brilliant as creation magicks, forming their weapons from seemingly nothingness, and instilling them with the nullification energy.
 
The Nullification energy deserves its own kind of shout out on what it does. Against weaker foes, it suppresses all forms of magickal energy from sources outside of the self, so it doesn't suppress Chi, or innate power such as a fire elemental's element energy, at least not as directly. So any foe within their range of power (up to 20 levels beyond their total combat level) they can strip of any learned or channeled magicks in a fight. At levels of power beyond that, they seriously hamper and weaken a foe's spells. Shields that would be like hitting a solid 10ft thick wall made of metal for a human, suddenly become thin plywood for the purposes of defense against their weapons. Likewise attacks of pure elemental force that for us in the mundane would be like taking a bullet to the chest, become a light punch to them. As with all things there are limits to this, but it's a massive equalizer.
 
Baraben is boastful, but kind, and has long brown hair. He is the charismatic one of the two, out going, and easy to get along with. Dandelion is more shy, his mother named him Dandellion because she thought it was a “fierce sounding flower” thanks to the lion part, and with fit his bright red hair. Their family comes from simple folk, and Dandelion is himself almost a genius in terms of intellect, being the strategist and quick thinker of the two. He has honed, to a lesser degree, some ability to use their unique powers to even affect natural magickal energies from things such as Elementals. He is more the experimenter of magicks, and actually does study some lesser general magicks, but should be treat as 10 levels lower in power in most forms of spell work.
