Brahamis Grandhammer

A Dwarven Frost Magus, who focuses heavily on not only his powers with ice, frost, cold and magicks related, but on his fighting skills with hammers and bludgeoning weapons. His ability with cold, and ice elemental magick is fantastic, beyond most measure, and his understanding of the properties of those elements. Because of this he can refocus energies like light using frozen water as a lens, or even generate things like cold fire. His skill is immeasurable and it lends itself to powerful defensive barriers made of glacial mass can be looming and all but impenetrable, and those who try to just burn through them will find often as they make their way through the water freezing back around them, making powerful traps and bindings.
 
His powers over the cold allow him to stop, slow, or completely destroy much not just in the way of foes, but in the way of mundane problems, using energetic stripping powers of the cold to slow or stop problems long enough for solutions to be found, or implemented. His ice powers are powerful enough to actually freeze time temporarily when he needs to, and he has frozen death more than once to buy time for better solutions.
 
His focus on the elemental cold, is the opposite of his personality and presentation. He tends to dress in warm colors, and has a bright red beard, as well as a welcoming smile. He's friendly to a fault, kind, and seemingly infinitely compassionate. His friendly nature is why he seeks a one to work with on this plane, he has been traveling the cold winds for a long time, and wishes to settle down. He enjoys warmth as well as cold in terms of environments, so he doesn't require someone live in a frozen tundra, and his focus on the power of frost and freezing has much more to do with his calling in studies than his preferences for living temperature. That said, when his presence is strong, a bit of a chill can be felt in the air, even on a hot day.
