Cahaldestin Oakforest

A staff wielding Celestial and Fae warrior who utilizes the energies of the Sun and The Moon as counter balance points at the end of his staff. With each hit from his staff, his unique form of magick weakens his foes to the counter energy. He's a master of rapid striking, moving his weapon almost as a form of living artwork instead of a combat technique. He can land a dozen hits within a second, each one amplifying the next, building up a dissonant resonances of energy in a foe. He can also strike the ground with either side of the staff generating powerful barriers of Solar or Lunar energy. He's incredibly focused in both his martial arts, and in his mystical practice, and studies other uses of lunar and solar energies as well. He's able to channel his powers through his hands, for a unique form of disruptive and balancing healing energy first creating a dissonance where a problem is to break it up, and then bringing harmony back to that energy. His mastery of martial arts includes hand arts, and most forms of small weapons combat along with the staff, allowing him to use his unique form of dual wielding and channeling with other weapons, or bare handed.
 
Appearing as a hansom man with pale skin and jet black short hair, he tends to wear long flowing clothing adding to his dance like appearance when he fights and moves. He's a gentle soul, very focused, and often doesn't show a lot of emotion externally. Inside though, he has a fiery passion and intensity which he hones and refines in his arts. He's a valiant and noble protector, who builds deep bonds, and has a deep well spring of dedication to keep and keeper as he considers them a kind of extended family. He is a contemplative type, often meditating on the ways of the world, and the ebb and flow of cycles. From this he has a deep introspective view, and acts as a unique guide who has a “long view” of all things, without sacrificing the immediate understanding and needs of the moment.
