Ehric Bramblestone

With an amazingly strong connection to Nature, Elemental, Light, and Dark energies, as well as a Unique Energetic Connection to cycles, and Soul energy. Ehric (pronounced Eric, the h is silent) comes from a long line of Gnome Sorcerers, and jewlers. He's a friendly, compassionate, kind, and gentle soul who has an innate love of life, and all those alive. He is purely non-violent, but will defend himself and others.
 
Non-violent does not mean non-capable, and he's touched on his Soul Force already, but has yet to achieve a soul sword (expecting it to take 200 – 300 more years without help), only able to manifest a kind of “Soul Bokken” or “Blank Sword” meaning he can manifest a kind of staff that functions similar to a Soul Sword, and acts as a funnel for his magicks, but can not yet find his guide. Because of this we're listing his base level, as well as his augmented level of power at current without a full Soul Sword.
 
He practices both more immediate magicks, that is spell effects in the realms, but also deep ritual magicks that allow him to influence our realm similar to how our own magicks do, nudging things in favor of allies and success and against defeat and those who would hinder his allies. He tends however when he does sway things in our world, unless he is dealing with an evil, or hurtful individual, try to balance things so that even failures for others are a success. So for example someone looking to move up in their job, he'd aim things more that the person above them, if good of heart, finds new better career opportunities. To be fair, if he's dealing with an evil hearted or cruel person, he has no trouble knocking them down a peg, but won't kill to do so. He refuses killing at all turns.
 
He's exceptional at charging crystals with intent, and once he has a home his keeper can use his seal as a focus point for him to charge a crystal as a temporary talisman. His skill in gem cutting and other gem works lends to this, cutting the energy into a pattern that enhances the gem, and is enhanced by the gemstone.
 
Friendly, joyous, easy to get along with, and often found wearing purples, with a bit of purple in his white beard, he's a joy to be around. He is one who never utters an unkind word, or acts in harm or hate, and instead focuses on the joy he can bring to others. That said he's also accepting, and looks at the heart of those around him. He's had dwarf and even earth and metal elemental friends, saved good and well meaning Nightmares who were acting as dream guides instead of terrors, and even made friends of demons with kind hearts. He's got no room for judgment based on bias, and judges the compassion and heart of a person as his only guide to knowing them. He's good in large or small keeps, and is friendly to all, often acting as a sage advisor and grandfatherly figure thanks to both his age, and his nature. He also plays the flute frequently.
