Ghern'vekt Razorclaw

A powerful Aesir Bear Shifter Healer who focuses heavily on Nature energies, Light, Divine, healing forces, and defensive magicks, while having a powerful melee skill set that makes him a dominant force in any given situation. His strong focus on healing and protection defines him as a person, and as a companion, putting the emphasis on protecting the keeper and keep first, and responding with a counter attack second. Yet as a shifter, he is also a kind of totem warrior and can call forth the brutal strength of the Bear even in his human form. This may not sound as impressive in realms where casually throw blasts of flame and ice, until you realize just how powerful a bear's strength then translates into those realms. He can punch his way through mountains in his human form, or shift in part or whole into his bear form and slash with a force great enough to turn a small mountain into rubble. His powers over Light and Nature lets him charge his fists, or claws, and in both bear and human form he keeps an extendable chain (a chain that can grow in length) that can be as short as one foot, or as long as one hundred which he uses as an extension of his fighting power.
 
Personality wise, he has a very calm and pleasant demeanor, and almost infinite calm and never ending compassion for those around him. Yet within that, he has a seriousness, and a steadfastness to his movements and actions. His bear form is a large brown bear, but his human form he has long white gray/white hair, a short gray beard, muscular physique, and a kind of strength to his every movement. This subtle strength in all his presence means those who meet him often first feel that strength and determination first, and then feel the calming aura after, and recognize that he is a force of compassion and peace, but never weakness or cowardice. He has a vast wisdom to him, and is gentle in teaching and talking with others. His name is pronounced Gern, as in Fern with a G sound, vekt with a hard vk and t, and Razorclaw as it is spelled as words.
