He can heal, provide defenses by sprouting mighty trees to defend himself or others, animate trees so they act like an army of Ents, provide poisons to foes, clear blockages using natural energy that stop energy flow be it to a body or toward a purpose, and much more. His power over nature is vast. He can assume any size from just larger than a human, to the size of a small mountain range.
