Brownies

Often seen in Scottish and English mythology and literature, Brownies are small, human-like beings with shaggy brown fur, and large pointed ears. Potentially distant cousins of elves or Husvaettir, they are incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind beings. They are drawn to be guardians and helpers of the home, and are at their best when there is a home to keep an eye on, to help promote things like a clean and clear environment, or to promote healing of a home. Brownies are innately magickal, and tend to pursue arts of magick that benefit the home, or the humans within the home. Drawn to humans with an instinctive need to be of help, in their own realms, civilizations and cultural places they tend to be very communal. They tend to group together, and get along with all other types of beings, with their friendly nature and dedication to being of aid helping define their interactions with others.
