Ulfr

While there are many kinds of animal spirit beings in the world, Ulfr are unique in that they are Norse Wolves, connected to the wild berserker fury, and the deep tranquil energies of the moon. They have powerful instincts, amazing senses of direction, and often considerable innate magickal powers. Strong, powerful, often larger than other wolves, their personalities vary from Ulfr to Ulfr, but generally they have a loyalty that is unrivaled. They exemplify a unique combination of innate animalistic strength, extensive powerful lunar and nature magicks, and uncanny knack for stealth and subtlety when they choose to be stealthy. Their communities tend to be pack oriented, and those that choose to work with a human see themselves as “part of the pack” alongside family and keep members, as well as seeing their human and extended family thereby as part of their personal pack. They are tenacious guardians, but also have a wisdom guided by animal instinct that is unmistakable.
